Blue Lake ECOLIFE consistently aims to give its valued clients the best service possible.  If you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How To Return & Refund

1. Email support@bluelakeecolife.com to get in touch with us. 
Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

2. Respon in 48 hours
Once we receive your email, we will provide considerate and specific suggestions and return procedure steps.

3. Inspect attached Photograph(s) or Returned item(s)
The returned will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Offer the Refund
Within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Terms for Returns

Please be aware that all returns must be received in unused condition (undamaged). However, you can contact us for assistance with any problem.

Return Wrong or Damaged items

1. A full refund will be processed for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped orders. Proof of damage must be provided to validate the refund.

2. The Photograph(s) of the item needs to be clear.

3. Once we confirm the Photograph(s), we will cover the return shipping costs and set up an immediate exchange or full refund for you.

Order Cancellations

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at support@bluelakeecolife.com if you decide to cancel the order. Requests to cancel orders that have already been dispatched won't be honored by us.
